Established in 2017 by Levi Hinterer, Open Range Resources is based out of New Milton, WV. Open Range Resources & early beginnings served the local farmer building fence and water systems but easily grew into fulfilling the needs of commercial clients as well.

Through the knowledge and experience of skilled workers ORR has grown over the years specializing in all aspects of site development from early stages of clearing to reclaiming right of ways and slip repairs. The growth has allowed us to serve clients in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania. ORR sees every job as an opportunity to satisfy our customer’s needs whether going back to our roots building fence or repairing slips and upgrading an access road for a commercial client.

There is no job too big or too small for our group of skilled operators and laborers to tackle in a safe and efficient manner.
