Allegheny Surveys, Inc. is a regional geo-spatial surveying firm that provides the surveying and mapping needs of many Government, Corporate and Private Clients, throughout West Virginia and all adjoining states. It has offices in Birch River, Bridgeport, and Charleston and has been in business for almost 40 years.

The firm specializes in all aspects of geo-spatial world, including boundary surveys, control surveys, high-accuracy monitoring surveys, underground and surface mine surveys, construction surveys, and topographic surveying. It has permitted horizontal wells in the Marcellus and other Shale formations for the largest producers of natural gas in the region and has extensive experience in all aspects of surveying for pipeline construction. Allegheny Surveys uses Terrestrial and UAV LiDAR Scanning systems to collect Laser Scan data safely and efficiently for producing survey maps of large areas and difficult to access areas.

With over forty employees in three offices and the capacity to field eight survey crews, Allegheny Surveys employs 11 Professional Surveyors whose licensure extends to WV, VA, OH, PA, KY, TN and NC.
